Your eGALLERi original is a one-of-a-kind original work of art, including all wearables and handbags. These items should be taken care of according to the instructions received when purchased. However we understand that from time to time your eGALLERi original may need to be repaired. 

One Year Warranty

Our eGALLERi originals are handcrafted from the finest materials to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one year warranty on our lake bags and small leather goods. For any defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us.

Repair Services

Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees for all eGALLERi originals including fine art, wearables, lake bags and canine items. We invite you to ship your  eGALLERi item in for a repair assessment. We recommend shipping by insured traceable means, such as UPS or insured mail. Please send to:

PLEASE include a note with your address, daytime phone number, email address and specifics about the requested repair or use our Repair Service Request Form, which you can print out and send to eGALLERi along with your eGALLERi original needing to be repaired.

How long does it take for my item to be repaired?

Our repair process for eGALLERi items shipped to us from within the United States takes four to six weeks from the time we receive your eGALLERi original. Repair items shipped to us from outside the United States takes 6 to 8 weeks from the time we receive your product.
