Do I need to set up an account to shop on eGALLERi?

No, you can elect to check out as a guest. Signing up allows you to save/bookmark those items you would like for later, and receive notifications about new eGALLERi goods and services and insider deals!

When will my order be shipped?

We pride ourselves on delivering our goods and services in a timely manner.  In-stock items are shipped within days of ordering. As soon as your order is processed, we will send you an email that confirms that your eGALLERi item (s) is on its way to you. Please see SHIPPING for further details.

Is shipping included with my purchase?

Shipping is included on eGALLERi purchases under $50*, within the continental United States, unless otherwise indicated at time of check-out. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for receipt of your purchase for items shipped within the United States. Large, heavy items will be shipped by UPS freight and will incur an additional charge. International shipment costs are indicated accordingly at time of purchase. Please see SHIPPING for further details.

Which countries do you ship to?

The majority of our eGALLERi Originals can be shipped around the world. However eGALLERi boutique items can only be shipped to the following countries outside the United States:

Can I track my eGALLERi order?

We pride ourselves on delivering your eGALLERi original in a timely manner. All items are shipped out within 2 days of ordering online. Depending on the carrier we send your order with, the dispatch email we send you will include a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we process items immediately, it is usually not possible. However, we offer a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will not accept order cancellation requests if your eGALLERi original has been shipped. Please remember you can always return your item for a full refund if you are not delighted with it. Please see Returns and Exchanges for further information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods using Pay Pal. If you do not have a PayPal account it is very easy to set-up.

What is the a promotional code?

A promotional code is a code that can be used to obtain discount. Make sure you receive the information about future promotions by signing up for our DiSCOVERi newsletter.  Please note: You can only use one discount code or gift card code at a time. If you used a promotion code during your purchase your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this.

How do I use a promotional code?

  1. Add the product(s) you wish to buy to the shopping bag and click on the 'Cart” button.
  2. Enter your promotional code in the box saying "Have a discount code?"
    ***TIP: Enter the code exactly as it is displayed. If you add a space between the characters it will not be recognized.

Note: If you wish to complete your order at a later time, you will have to enter your promotional code again at that time.

What happens if I do not enter the promotional code at the checkout?

Unfortunately, if you didn't enter your promotional code at the checkout, we can't apply it to that order or amend your payment later on.

What happens if my eGALLERi original arrives damaged?

We inspect each item before shipping to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt at care@egalleri.net. Items older than 30 days from delivery date may not be returned or exchanged.

Can I return or exchange my eGALLERi original?

We offer full refund if the order has not been shipped and is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. 

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
  2. Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package with original labels.
  3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
  4. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  5. Submit a request for return/exchange  and we will try our best to meet your request.
